HOUSE RULES

It is very important to communicate a valid mobile number and estimated time of arrival.

CKECK-IN after 01:00 pm
CKECK-OUT prior 10:00 am

We meet our guests at check-in and we are at their disposal for any need.
The final cleaning is included in the price, but it is the responsibility of the customer to leave the kitchen clean, taking away the garbage and do not leave food.
Smoking is allowed outside the house, on the balcony or terrace.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

The pay parking is located at the train station, (address: Piazza Vittime 16 Marzo) ten minute walk from the houses (this is the cheapest, you pay only the daytime and the night is free), or you can use the car park free at port of Presidiana, twenty minutes walk from the accommodation or pay parking on the waterfront (address Lungomare Giuseppe Giardina) tenminutes walk from the houses.

If you arrive by train to Cefalù, you can take a taxi from the train station up to the house, at a cost of about 10 Euros, or simply take a walk of about 10-15 minutes to get to the accommodations.
