The apartment "Terrazza Dolce Estate" is located in the heart of the historic centre of Cefalù.

In the most beautiful and picturesque district, the beach is at 100 meters, the area is full of restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, cafes, shops.

You will enjoy your stay with its colors and the shells that evoke the sea.

The wonderful terrace with breathtaking views will delight you in the evening when you can relax with the sound of the sea or the great starry sky. You can also enjoy mealsoutdoors or simply sunbathing or sipping some good wine overlooking the sea or the sunset.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor. It consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, TV, a sofa bed suitable for 2 children or one adult.

Is not suitable for people with mobility problems as there is no lift.

The "Balcone Dolce Estate" is a newly renovated apartment situated in the heart of the historical centre of Cefalù, so close to all the most important monuments like the Cathedral and especially at 50 meters from the beautiful Marina beach of Cefalù, the area provides a variety of restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars and cafes.

The Balcone Dolce Estate recalls the colours of the Sicilian sunset and the bright colors of meadows with sunflowers in bloom.

On the third floor of a typical building of the historical center; and it consists of a double bedroom with possibility to add a third single bed; bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine; fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, Tv and sofa bed 2 places.

From its Windows and balconies you can admire the typical roofs with "Sicilian Coppi", the sea and the central Via Bordonaro.
